How to use the grinder/mincer:
-
1.We must confirm that the plug, voltage, power and Hertz comply with local standards;
-
2.The ground wire should be connected well and equipped with a separate power switch;
-
3.After check whole machine, turn on the start switch,observe whether the meat grinder can operate
normally;pay attention to protect the blade,can not work long time without meat;
-
4.The material by the meat grinder are required to be boned, and cut into meat cube suitable for the
material inlet,should not be too large;
-
5.When the meat is not go smoothly, must use tools help not hands;
-
6.If the material jamming during process, please turn off the grinder and open the cover after power off.
After clean out blockage, install "K/L/M/N/O" again before processing;

7.If there have any questions during use, the power supply should be turned off in time for check;
-
8.After the work is completed, clean grinder ensure the hygiene of food, and add lubricating oil.

Precautions for use:

1. Ensure machine stands stably, and don't use it on uneven ground;

2. The operator shall understand the main structure and working principle of the machine in detail,the name and function of various buttons, and adjust the buttons to initial position;

3.Do not put your hands close to the material inlet during operation. The distance between the hand and the material inlet should be kept more than 15CM. So the length of tools must be more than 20CM;
-
4.Don't let your gloves, clothes, ropes, etc. enter the material inlet. It's dangerous;
-
5.Clean and sanitize after use;keep dry. Add grease to the chain every six months; pay attention to protect the blade, and if necessary, replace it;Do not work for too long every time.restart after 5 minutes of emergency stop.
